Star

In a tarot session a while ago, the card that offered consolation at the end of, frankly, a rather depressing spread, was "The Star".

When I saw how the light show against the jasmine, I had to take this star photo!

And again...

Now, I mentioned the hornet mimic? Well, at the Reserve I saw another bug that looked as if it was taking advantage of that yellow and black warning colour!

It's called a black and yellow longhorn beetle. Interesting, considering that I am thinking so much about hollow spaces, notably in trees, and the larvae live in dead wood! As beetles, they only live for a couple of weeks.
