Yes, I do still visit the crows. And, wonder of wonders, they recognise me. Though they seem to have moved their preferred locales. Divo, notable for his scruffiness, is at the bottom of the park, while the Driveways seem to have expanded into his previous place.

I worked out that by altering the "black point" on the photograph I can emphasise the coloration of the feathers.
Yesterday morning, I awoke with a migraine. Nausea and photophobia. Could not read or drink my coffee or anything. I lay on the sofa in a ball for about three hours. Dear Buji stayed with me and his loving gaze made me swoon with gratitude when I finally felt capable of sitting up.
So, I went into the garden far later than usual and was greeted by Tane. I did not have my camera so I just spoke to him for a minute or so as he perched and foraged near me, looking at me carefully. Then the Garden Robin chased him off.
The migraine felt like the physical manifestation of overload - the stress of money and jobs... the feeling of not being good enough... and it was so special to witness anew encounters with Buji and Tane.

I am always very happy to have a crow visit 🐦⬛. Holy Moly, whatever the black point is, I'm impressed with your fiddling. The crow's feather colours and patterns are SPLENDID!
But I'm very sorry to hear about your awful migraine. Bless both Tane & Buji who helped make things better. ❤️
