Buzzards seem still as they circle -
one shape, one form - and the air
supports them
like wooden carvings swung by a breeze
Kites are constantly adjusting -
the tail a most manoeuvrable rudder -
each feather molds air -
precisioning the position
The buzzard is a silhouette -
broad brown wings, tawny wedge of a tail.
The kite lets the light through -
flashing red gold fire in the autumn sky
