Buzzards and kites

Buzzards seem still as they circle -

one shape, one form - and the air

supports them

like wooden carvings swung by a breeze

Kites are constantly adjusting -

the tail a most manoeuvrable rudder -

each feather molds air -

precisioning the position

The buzzard is a silhouette -

broad brown wings, tawny wedge of a tail.

The kite lets the light through -

flashing red gold fire in the autumn sky

That's beautiful, dear Crone. Full of beautiful and vivid imagery and you skillfully compare the two birds of prey. Lovely photo.
