Honey in the heart

So, yesterday I mentioned my new breathing exercise. Today I did it twice.

The first time, Bobbit, who was in the lilac, came and flew to a branch six inches from my face and inspected me!

The second time, all the while I was doing it, I could hear subsong. At the end, I peered in the hedge and saw that it was Bobbit. He came out and we had a bit of time together. Though I fear he was not too keen to be spied on constantly.

On the way back in, I saw how many flowers were out on the honeysuckle that's climbing on the front lilac. My other honeysuckle has even shed its berries now, so this one is far later flowering. Also it's the first year since I planted it about 16 years ago that it has done anything!

That makes me happy.

As did an experience in the park.

Th squirrels now look out for me, so I had left some food in the Unbraves place before I went to feed the Divines. The Unbraves were there when I got back. Along with one, no, two small squirrels. As I was watching, two more baby or juvenile squirrels showed up.

One of the youngsters watched Three bury a cheesy biscuit (everyone's favourite) and then dug it up and buried it somewhere else! All three crows watched, astonished. Three took note: next time he picked up a cheesy biscuit, he flew up to the roof with it. Four always buries hers over the hedge anyway. Droopy was just standing there in a state of incredulity. Indeed, mostly, the three crows simply spectated, like me, as the squirrels ran in and out, collecting food and burying it.

Then the squirrels started squabbling and chasing each other - not the crows, they ignored the crows - and always a smaller squirrel chased a bigger one. It was hilarious! I just stood there laughing for about five minutes until a man with two dogs walked right through and scared them all away.

I copied the instructions and went through the exercise points twice (though not yet repeated the whole thing 4 times). I like that it's done standing up. Also like the thoughts that go with it. Six inches from your face! That's close. Video - what a beautiful person he is :-) ... and more squirrels!! The park adventure continues ... Good story telling x p.s.The title is a bit 'sticky' - Hee Hee

It's something like some chigong [sp?] I've done but more emphasis on the breathing. OK yes :-) I'll make it my own xx
