These little Arabian doves are adorable. I saw them sitting on what seemed to be the most pathetic nest one morning.

It's hardly even a platform of tiny twigs!
The following day, I left the breakfast marquee thing and saw a fluttering on the bridge.
I was so close to them, yet they seemed oblivious of me. Usually, the doves appear timid, flying away at the least approach.
I was afraid that the fledgling couldn't fly and the mother would not leave him. I was all for closing off the bridge. But when some people approached from the other side, the baby flew one way and the mother went the other.
I love the middle picture here, with the fledgling embracing the adult with his wings.
