Yup, I continue to copy the wonderful paintings of the talented Sylvia Parkinson Brown. Go to the link to see how much lovelier they are in the original.
This is helping me a lot, though. They appeal to my taste and I can manage a result that pleases me, if if they insult Brown's versions.
After a weekend of rugby and AI, and an early meeting on Monday, plus volunteering today - and a busy weekend to come - I need to make good use of my sleep. If I go to bed at about midnight, I tend to sleep quite well... and could stay there until nine or ten most days!!
I remember that my best friend used to say, "There's only one ten o'clock in Issy's world, and it's not the morning one."
The cats like this schedule, and that's good enough for me.

Oh! I didn't realize who you were using for your recent artwork. I just had a look at Sylvia's and read her home page. I can see why you like her style/animal subjects, and you are doing great work with your copies. Lovely. I'm glad to hear that your sleep schedule is working for you -- and the cats. Hurrah!
