Stranger things

The pelargonium has changed colour. I have had this plant for thirty years and the flowers were always pink. But this is not pink. I had a search and there is a lot about leaves turning colour due to nutrient deficiency and about geraniums turning red. But this seems something else.

Another change: Son of Bob seems to have changed his territory. Now he greets me at the back door, takes a suet pellet and goes. He may treat me to a few minutes of singing on the front lilac, but that tends to be that.

Actually, I tempted him to the back of the garden by doing some sweeping and digging up the compost, but he didn't stay long. He was off to defend what is, for some reason, a more attractive territory to the north.

Ungrateful little git.

I've downloaded some new editing software, which has a lot of functions. It has so many functions that it requires even more getting used to than the camera. I had a go with it the other day - didn't bother with the sound. Just getting the pictures in order and working out how to export them took long enough.

Anyway, the robin you see here in the back of the garden is neighbour robin, I think.

It is very confusing. I can't make sense of what is going on.
