Just so sweet! I was really glad to be able to get some images of this little one!

There's little else to report from the garden. The baby trees are doing really well and the free hydrangea looks great. Sitting outside, I hear the swifts screaming above me, which is always reassuring. I wondered if next door's landlady would agree to putting a swift box on the side of the house. Or a bat box.

Dave Goulson says bee hotels are more often than not inhabited by spiders and woodlice rather than bees. I imagine any bird box would attract wasps!
