So is Tane paired up with Mottled Breast?

For a few days, I saw this one often and saw Tane with another robin - it was hard to tell if the robin he was with was this robin. Then, for a few days, no signs of her or of togetherness. Instead, he is doing a lot of singing and little socialising.
After that, I saw this... Is it MB, or someone else?

Tane chased this bird off and came and talked to me for a long time. So, is the robin romance over?
I'll have to keep paying attention.
A few times I have seen the goldfinches.

And a pair of kites circling overhead.

The pied wagtail pair have visited regularly.

And the dunnocks and tits are constant if unwilling companions.
I briefly caught sight of the tail end of the wren.

The male blackbirds continue to outnumber the females.

The squirrels are visiting and I assume the fox is too as the chews disappear and a cat couldn't manage them.
So the garden remains busy, if the mysteries persist.
Glad to hear about the garden mysteries. Cool photos, especially the wren's bum ... ha ha. Sounds like it's going to be a spring full of going-ons!!!
