That's what you call a fish with no eyes.

I hadn't realised that there were koi carp in the pond. Apparently there are also tench and maybe roach. But I don't know what they look like and think I only saw the koi carp anyway.

I had the feeling they were expecting food.

Their mouths are really strange....

They were almost a metre long, these guys.

I understand that the fish were introduced to this pond. But frogs, toads, newts and all the birds made their own way here.

It cheers me up greatly to see them.
