Another of my stupid ideas

...well, in fact, more than one other stupid idea.
The first was that in the garden I came up with these little... well, tunes for each of the birds. They were jingles, really, very short, and I'd sing them.
And the robin comes no-ow-ow!
Blue tit lands!
Hail! The little Winter ki-ing!
Chattering, whistling, arguing, starlings!
The blackbird's bill is as bright as the sun; his plumage dark as night.

I thought I could sing them all on the mic and make an interwoven garden song.
But I can't sing.
Then there was the plan to make a drawing for Harry's wife Marianne as a thank you for putting me up during the conference in Utrecht. A nice idea, but within minutes I was depressed about my lost skills and had zero desire to continue.
There's my idea for three more papers: on cuckoos ("complexifying care"), on extinction ("on being haunted") and on not looking at birds ("the ethics of turning away"). But I am depressed even thinking about them... though I have made some notes.
