Yep, more tree-eaters.

As I was sitting by Kairos, the squirrel and the muntjacs were doing their usual circuits about me.

In the video you can hear one muntjac barking a warning, as she has smelt me, but the other didn't take the blindest bit of notice. She is eating the leaves of one of the many sycamores that Kairos's fallen limb had flattened.

I got the impression that the squirrel was waiting for me to go. She could smell the apple and peanut butter I had left. She couldn't wait. She came and ate it 18 inches away from me. I had to stand as still as a stone but there I was, looking down at her. The cutest thing was how she cleaned her paws so assiduously to ensure she had licked up every last smidgen of peanut butter!

I did feel like Snow White.
