Evening at Hanging Houghton

I knew that pheasants roosted in trees, but I'd never seen them. They are so clumsy in the branches! They have fights and fall down, as they aren't great fliers or perchers. Poor things... they are ill-suited for English winters.



It was too dark to take photos without a tripod, but I did enjoy the moon and the sunset through branches...
