Fox trouble

I put the camera out and got 125 videos. 35 were of cats - three different cats - and about 65 were of birds. The rest featured me, (two), the hog (four), the squirrel (four) and then foxes (the rest - you do the math).

The first fox showed one of the slimline foxes - with an injured hind leg. This is distressing. But Leanne said that as it's a hind leg, the fox can still hunt and Claire said one of hers was like that for ages but got better.

Then there were pictures of the very chunky fox, whom I had seen for the first time in the last lot of recordings. I think this is a mature adult.

Now, when out in the park I saw Kez, whom I used to see when I walked Jabi as Jabi loved his two Jack Russel terriers. Kez said - he's a postman - that when he walks in the mornings at about 2:30 or 3am, he always sees foxes - or at least, has done in the last six weeks. He said there are usually two but the other morning there were four. Apparently, they follow his old dog, who lags behind and is very slow, and Kez is worried that they want to eat him.

I asked if one was lame, but he hadn't noticed - he's too busy chasing them off. Six weeks, though... I wonder if I am creating an urban fox problem?

Leanne's foxes are certainly less chilled than mine!!

I was trying to feed the crow and Kez said, 'Crows are evil - they kill the pigeons.' Two black marks for me.

Anyway, I am sure you want to see some hogs and nice little birds, so here you go.

Had my first look through the videos. Fascinating to see them all plus text. Your best squirrel video to date IMO :-)
