Sentinel robin

I don't want to give the impression that these birds are any less afraid of me, but I was at least able to take some pictures.

My friend had fed the birds, but things might have been in different places - so maybe the robin was somewhat pleased to see me back.

Little else to report from the garden. It had rained a lot. One of my planters is basically a pond. A cat had a poo in the place where I use the trowel to turn over earth for the robins.

The little trees all look ok so far, and the bigger trees too. There are bulbs coming up.
