The solstice celebrations

As is now my tradition, I celebrated the solstice with Kairos.
I walked down the track at about 8:15 and when I reached the water, the light was already lovely. With my newly attained photography knowledge, I was able to get better sunset pictures, which was pleasing.
It was about 8:50 by the time I sat down by the tree, with the sun due to set fully at about 9:30. I set up the trail camera to record any animals downwind of me. In actual fact, the setting sun triggered it!
Soon after I settled down, a muntjac browsed past just 15 feet away, nibbling at fallen holly leaves. I started hearing a sound I did not recognise: ooee, ooee, ooee. Merlin told me it was a tawny owl! I saw it fly past, pounce, and fly back over the course of the hour I was there. A fox trotted along the track, carrying a kill. He turned to look at me, and trotted on, followed by the owl - strangely.
Then, the coup de grace! A badger - a juvenile -walked past me literally 12-15 feet from where I was sitting! When the badger snuffled, I almost jumped out of my skin, as I had never heard that before! It was so close for about a minute - but I didn’t dare move to get my phone. It was magical!!!!
You can hear the owl on the video.
