Tree-time

I visited the pair of oaks I called Huginn and Muninn. Just sat there and ate my apples and drank my coffee. It was in between work days so I was not at my liveliest.

I noticed the big split up the trunk of one of the trees. I am not sure I had paid attention to that before.

Though they are about eight or ten feet apart, their canopies act as a single canopy. The tree closer to the road leans away from the one with the split trunk. It's interesting to see how they accommodate to each other.

Love the names. Interesting about the one canopy.
