Two exhibitions, three exhibitionists

A trip to town. Where I saw a wonderful water trough.
The plate read that it was to be only used for drinking, for man and beast.

There's an interesting history to be found here.
Then I saw that a monument for JFK had been removed for security reasons. No idea what that was about? Ah... it was apparently vandalised.

In Marylebone Parish Church a piano duo were rehearsing ahead of a lunchtime performance.
Then I met one pal for lunch before walking down to the Royal Academy of Arts to meet a second. We visited the Richard Dadd exhibition (he was committed to Bedlam and Broadmoor) and then the Summer Exhibition, where many artists contribute and the works are for sale.

I enjoyed the story about water troughs. And all the art works - mostly animals. That one of the tree climber reminded me of someone 😀
