A rare treat to see a squirrel these days.

That seems to be the only one and her visits are rare. They might get more frequent as I think she may have kits... and then, perchance, I will see more of them. Until the next lot get poisoned or shot at - goodness knows what happened to last year's community.
A pair of pretty white doves comes sometimes. They are very shy. This is the only picture I have been able to get of them in a few months. They are usually together. I guess the mate is on eggs now.

Less welcome - but good for the birds and later the bats - someone has found my baby poplars!

I think they are sawfly larvae. Given the insect apocalypse, I left them alone.
Now, the robin situation is interesting as I thought I saw four different ones yesterday.
Tane, the pretty heart-breast one, Mottled Breast and another, Neighbour Robin.
This is the pretty one.

Mottled Breast is braver.
Mrs B looked unkempt after her bath.

And she was blinking.
My B also looks a little the worse for wear.

Wonderful. Wonderful photos. Life in the Garden.
