Because the voice in my head is telling me I am fat and lazy, I have cut my food and doubled the distance I run to see Kairos.
The nice thing about that is seeing a healthy oak tree.

Today, I sat up in the Mother Tree for a while. Just lounged there. Like a sloth. A fat and lazy one.
I saw a hare on entering the Reserve and saw the usual muntjacs and squirrels.
Little else of note. I didn't write anything or think anything. I guess Kairos is looking a little better, which is good news.
In the garden, still no birds visible. No sweet baby robins. No crow.
It struck me that I am the hollow space. I am empty and bereft. As John Donne put it, I am a quintessence of nothingness.

Wow! What a phrase! : a quintessence of nothingness And that's a wonderful looking oak tree!
