I saw this the other day and thought, 'Who would just leave that there? About 15 metres from a bin?' Then I thought, 'Who wants to eat flesh from a creature depicted as a cute cartoon on the packaging?'
I still don't get how we arrive at this assumption that we are the most important species on the planet with all the voting rights. Yes I do. It's because we have power. Might is right.
I get more sense out of the crows.
I saw the Divines - parents and two kids...
And then a few days later when just the parents were around.
One day I saw Droopy and Three, but without Four, and I have seen the Driveways.
In my garden the jay visits occasionally, the robins and tits (including a coal tit) are regulars, Mrs B the friendly blackbird has been around and the juvenile starlings nearly have their adult clothes on.
The food for foxes and hogs is eaten.
Mind you, they are probably eating chicken, just like the litter-bug. Except in packaging with cartoon pictures of hedgehogs, foxes and cats.
I'm glad to hear about your local friends. Have you seen Four since you named her/him?
